§1. Delivery Terms

1. Delivery area:
   a) We provide deliveries within Warsaw and the surrounding areas.
   b) Deliveries outside the Warsaw area are possible upon prior individual arrangement of the details.

2. Availability of delivery dates and times:
   a) Available delivery dates and time slots can be checked in the Cart during the ordering process.
   b) Deliveries outside the florist's standard working hours are arranged individually and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Delivery costs:
   a) Warsaw (within 10 km):

   • The delivery fee is PLN 30.

   • The courier makes one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order, the bouquet will be available for collection at the florist's shop for 24 hours.

   b) Areas surrounding Warsaw:

   • The delivery fee is calculated individually.

   • After placing the order, the customer will receive a payment link to cover the difference if the delivery cost exceeds PLN 30.

   c) Deliveries before 10:30 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m.:

   • Such deliveries are subject to additional fees, determined individually.

4. Order details:
   a) When placing an order, the customer must provide the exact delivery address and preferred delivery time slot.
   b) If the delivery address is not known, the florist may contact the recipient to arrange the necessary details.

§2. Personal Collection

1. Cost: PLN 0

2. Collection address:

   Collection hours:
   a) Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
   b) Friday–Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.

3. Collection address:
   Młynarska 23, 01-194 Warsaw (Wola)

   Collection hours:
   a) Monday–Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

4. Order processing time:
   a) Orders are ready for collection within 3 hours of being placed, unless otherwise agreed.
   b) The customer will be notified by phone or email when the order is ready for collection.

5. Collection outside working hours:
   a) Possible upon prior individual arrangement.
   b) May be subject to additional fees.

§3. Delivery Outside Warsaw or Outside Standard Working Hours

1. It is possible to arrange deliveries outside the Warsaw area or outside the florist's standard working hours.

2. In such cases, delivery costs are calculated individually.

3. The customer should contact the florist to obtain detailed information and arrange the delivery details.
